In Twilight, Rosalie attends school with her siblings and life is as it always was, until Bella Swan crosses Edward's path. Rosalie despises Bella for reasons not explained and doesn't do anything to help the growing relationship between her brother and this human girl.
Bella's life being in danger is of no consequence to Rosalie as she just sees Bella as a menace and danger to her family.

In New Moon, Rosalie deals the devastating news to Edward about Bella's death. This results in Edward travelling to the Volturi to end his life. Despite their differences, Rosalie loves her brother and is worried for his life and waits with the rest of the family to wait to see if Alice and Bella can save him.
Rosalie along with the rest of the Cullen family are asked to vote for Bella's mortality, which Rosalie along with Edward, vote for keeping her human. Rosalie explains to Bella why she has made this decision and wishes she'd had someone give her the same opportunity.

In Breaking Dawn, Bella asks Rosalie to help save her baby. The one thing Rosalie wanted as a human was to marry and have beautiful babies, but all of that was robbed from her the night her husband to be left her for dead and Carlisle saved her.
Fiercely protective over Bella and her unborn child, Rosalie is rarely from her side until the baby is born.
After the baby is born, along with the rest of the family and gathered friends, Rosalie stands with Bella and Edward against the Volturi.
