Victoria is travelling with her mate James and their partner Laurent.
After coming across the Cullen family, James discovers that Bella is a human and then takes to tracking her with Victoria's help.
After Edward and his family take James' life, she seeks revenge by hunting Bella to even up the score. Partnering up again with Laurent, he travels to Forks to see what the Cullen family and Bella are doing, so she can plan her move to get to Bella.
After Laurent is killed by the wolves, Victoria is even more angry and determined to get to Bella, but finds her path blocked over and over again by the wolves. The Cullen family may have left Bella alone in Forks, but she has new protection in her one true enemy, werewolves.
Eventually the Cullens return to Forks, but this doesn't stop Victoria, it changes her plans. Moving into Seattle and creating a band of vampires, she tests the defences around Bella and finalises her plans to get to her, but she doesn't count on the wolves and vampires teaming up.
Victoria finally finds herself within grabbing distance of Bella, but Edward is in her way, but she has brought a new mate with her, Riley. Believing she can defeat and get by Edward, she engages in a battle with him, while Seth Clearwater, a young werewolf, fights with Riley, helping Edward to protect Bella.
Out manoeuvered by Edward, Victoria is disposed of quickly.
